With decades of experience in physical therapy, wellness coaching, and yoga instruction, I’ve worked with people of all ages — from young athletes to older adults managing chronic conditions. I believe that everyone has the ability to improve function, feel stronger, and live better.

My approach is individualized, evidence-based, and deeply supportive. I combine clinical expertise with mindfulness to help you reach your goals — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a health condition, or striving for better performance.

I assess where you are today, create a plan that’s right for your body and goals, and guide you forward safely. If you work with a primary care physician, I’m happy to share assessment reports and collaborate on your progress.
